If you do not want to register an account with us, simply check out as a guest and follow the instructions to place your order.

If you have an account with us, simply log in and submit your order.

If you already have an account with us but you forgot your password, please click “forgot password” in the log in page and wait for the instructions to be emailed to you.

We accept payments through PayPal and BPI bank deposits.

For bank deposits: Our bank information will be emailed to you once you have submitted your order. Please email us back a copy of your deposit slip/transfer slip to orders@ramjewelry.ph so we can proceed with the shipment of your order.

You can use the 20% off coupon code for regular items (items not on sale) during your first order with us. It can no longer be used for future orders after the code has already been used.

On average, it ranges from PhP 800.00 – PhP 6,000.00. Not bad at all! 😉

Shipping is PhP 80 for Metro Manila and PhP 160 for Provincial Locations.

1-3 Business days for orders (with no engraving) within Metro Manila
3-6 Business days for orders (with no engraving) in Provincial Locations

Please note that we only process orders during Business days (Mondays to Fridays) from 8AM to 5PM except on Public Holidays. For example, if we receive payment on Friday night, we will process your order on Monday. Rest assured, we will try to process your orders ASAP.

Please be patient with us when it comes to orders with ENGRAVING, as this is being done through an engraving machine. Because it is not manually done, we may encounter some technical problems with the machine which is why it may take us long to ship out your Engraved orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and courier name when your order has been shipped out.

Yes. We engrave some Necklaces and Bracelets in the personalized section. Please note that items on photos do not appear the same way in real life and may vary per name and chosen font.

Our jewelry is made of different rocks and metals! Hence the name RAM (Rock and Metal) Jewelry.

It is made of 925 silver dipped in either:

  • Rhodium (silver color)
  • Yellow Gold (yellow color)
  • Rose Gold (pink color)

Gold plated silver jewelry that are sometimes adorned with semi-precious and precious stones like clear and colored Cubic Zirconia, Rose Quartz, Moonstones, Aventurine and Fresh water pearls.

RAM jewelry is made of 925 silver dipped in gold (yellow and rose color) and rhodium (silver color) which is why it will tarnish slower than other silver jewelry, but like all jewelry it will eventually tarnish overtime. The amount of time it will tarnish will depend on how you take care of your jewelry. Tarnish for silver jewelry can easily be fixed using sliver cleaner. Faded yellow and rose gold can be fixed by re-dipping the jewelry again in gold. We do not do gold re-dipping at the moment, but it will be part of our services soon! In the mean time, a local goldsmith can easily do it.

Yes, though the tarnishing process might be faster for people with acidic skin.

Hypoallergenic (especially of cosmetics and textiles) means it is relatively unlikely to cause an allergic reaction or “below normal” or “slightly” allergenic. The term was coined by the cosmetics industry in the 1950’s, and became a popular marketing term for jewelry soon afterwards. Many people are allergic to nickel, so “nickel free” and “hypoallergenic” are sometimes considered synonymous. The most common jewelry allergy is to nickel, a natural white metal that is often mixed with other metals to create an alloy. Nickel is a common allergy and almost 15% of the population is allergic to nickel. Nickel can be found in many products that touch skin, ranging from earring posts, body jewelry, eyeglass frames, watchbands, button, zippers, and costume jewelry, to basic hair pins.

Hypoallergenic jewelry is jewelry that is made out of pure metals such as platinum, 18k gold, fine silver, sterling silver, titanium, copper, and stainless steel. RAM Jewelry is made of 925 silver dipped in gold, therefore our jewelry should be hypoallergenic for those not allergic to pure metals such as silver and gold.

Although there are some people who are allergic to silver, most people who are allergic to nickel are not allergic to silver because sterling silver is an almost pure metal usually made from 92.5% silver and 7.5% of other metals like zinc or copper, so it does not contain nickel, the most common source of allergies. RAM Jewelry is made of 92.5% silver dipped in gold

We do not accept exchanges for personalized items. Once the item has been engraved, it can no longer be exchanged.

We DO accept exchanges on ring sizes if there are other sizes available. Most rings only come in one size as well as the rest of the other products. Please email info@ramjewelry.ph to inquire if the ring you would like to exchange has other available sizes. Usually, the available sizes are shown in the size category before clicking “Add to Cart”. If there is only one (1) size on the size category, that means we only have one (1) size available for that style. If your order is cleared for exchange, we will be emailing you the Exchange receipt.

We also accept exchanges if the item delivered to you ARRIVED damaged. Please email info@ramjewelry.ph right away along with the photo of the damaged product as we only accept exchanges within seven (7) days from the delivery date.

To exchange your purchase:

  • Item must be unworn
  • Item must come in undamaged original packaging (box or pouch)
  • The Exchange receipt emailed to you must be filled out and send to the address written on it together with the item for exchange
  • Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer and will only be shouldered by the seller if the order arrived damaged.
